Brilliant Property Management was incorporated in 2011. We have an innovative Property Management philosophy, and manage our building using teams, with many people handling different aspects of the buildings' operations. Property Managers handle resident issues and the day to day operation of the building, while others handle large projects and the more difficult financial, legal, insurance, and other specialized aspects of the Corporation.

We try our best to be customer service oriented so that our residents are kept informed and can have responses to inquiries as quickly as possible. We also tend to investigate problems so we can solve them properly, so that they do not reoccur.
